University of Peradeniya now provides verified alumni profile to make your digital identity more reliable
Please use the following instructions to create/update your profile.

Please follow these steps to obtain your verified alumni profile
Submit the relevant (your faculty) google form above.
Once you submit the Google Form, you will receive a confirmation email.
Your profile will be approved in 3-5 working days.
Now you can display/share your public profile or edit your profile.
Then your profile will be public and you can share it.

EDITING YOUR VERIFIED ALUMNI PROFILE
Once your profile is approved, you will receive an email from the University with the editable link to your profile.
You can update/edit the following fields any time and all updates will be reflected in your profile in real time.
